Multiscale Technologies, Inc.DUTIESThe Senior Software Developer (Full Stack) leverages expertise in the Python stack, hands-on coding skills, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of software development practices to help design, build, and maintain Multiscale Technology's AI platform. The role works across the technology stack, from back-end services to front-end interfaces, to create scalable, robust, and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities: (1) Back-End Development: design and implement robust RESTful APIs and microservices; develop scalable back-end systems using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI); and optimize data pipelines and integrate machine learning models. (2) Front-End Development: build interactive and intuitive user interfaces using modern frameworks (e.g., React.js, Vue.js, Angular); collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance user experiences. (3) Integration & Deployment: deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure); work with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes; set up CI/CD pipelines for smooth development and deployment workflows. (4) Collaboration & Leadership: collaborate with data scientists and product managers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions; drive technical discussions and help set best practices for software development.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a similarly technical field and 36 months’ experience as a full-stack software developer or comparable position in a startup or AI-focused environment, plus each of the following: (1) familiarity with integrating machine learning models into production applications; (2) understanding of data structures and algorithms; (3) knowledge of Agile methodologies; (4) demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems effectively and with attention to detail; (5) demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a team-based environment; and (6) some experience with each of the following technical skills: (a) Back-End: Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI; (b) Front-End: JavaScript, React.js, Vue.js, HTML, CSS; (c) Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis; (d) Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure; (e) DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines; (f) WebSocket and GraphQL; and (g) AI/ML platforms and tools.
