We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and help us expand our business. You will work with the team to help Mundi retain and grow our customer relationships You will work to identify potential areas of opportunity for client expansion and tackle them with data-driven solutions and innovative customer-relationship techniques.

You will be expected to deliver insights and help in setting product and operations strategy and building a scalable company and culture. The role is based in CDMX; We will see you in the office once a week. Don't worry! We respect people’s time, so we offer as much flexibility as possible.

What this role is about...

Led and nurture a customer portfolio through developing strong relations using a consulting approach
Collect customer needs and pains and typify them in a way that customers can be segmented
Understand the relevance of Mundi’s full value proposition for each of our customer
Write account plans for prioritized customers
Execute account plans in order to capture customer potential value in an independent way
Identify opportunities to enhance approaches, processes, and tools related to customer expansion
Work as a team with other teams to achieve goals (e.g., Support, Operations, Sales)

What knowledge and skills are required?

+3 year of work experience with a strong professional background as Account Managers
Exceptional client management abilities - you are known for getting things done.
Knowledge of Credit products
A desire to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and mission-driven colleagues.
A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond in Spanish and English.
You are self-motivated, solutions-minded, and proactive in solving problems quickly and with best practices.
Extra bonus points if you’ve worked in Fintech startups or financial sector!
