As a Business Development Representative at Mundi, you'll be part of a dynamic team, moving swiftly to propel our company towards growth and success. Your role involves identifying untapped opportunities for client acquisition and implementing strategies backed by data and innovative sales techniques.
In addition to driving sales, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our product and operations strategy. What knowledge and skills are required?
What are you waiting for? Let's meet each other! We just need some information to get in touch with you! - Lead generation through various channels. Identify and experiment with new client acquisition channels. Cold Calling and Cold Emailing Outreach, some of the strategies used in the role.
- Identify the needs and wants of clients.
- Gather all the clients' information. Be able to use all tools available to find Key Contacts information.
- Keep an eye for improvements in the sales processes and in product evolution.
- Qualifying leads based on set criteria
- Scheduling appointments for the BDM team
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities
- Managing the sales pipeline and updating CRM systems
- Collaborating with marketing for aligned strategies
- Maintaining customer relationships and identifying upsell opportunities
- A previous work experience.
- Exceptional client management abilities - you are known for getting things done.
- A desire to work hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with high energy and mission-driven colleagues.
- A self-starting attitude: You work independently and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) with an ability to listen & respond in Spanish and English.
- You are self-motivated, solutions-minded, and proactive in solving problems quickly and with best practices.
- Extra bonus points if you’ve worked in Fintech startups.
