Sales & Business Development
Mexico City, Mexico
Every person, every business — connected to the Global Financial Internet. Built on Mural.
That's the world Mural is building. This role is one of the hands on the brush.
Mural is regulated financial infrastructure across the US and Latin America — the whole stack, one partner. Companies build cross-border financial products on us using our API. We carry the licenses, the compliance, and the failure states, so they go live in weeks instead of months. Under the hood, fiat and blockchain run as one system. Their customers never see any of it. Money comes in, money goes out, and it just gets there.
We've processed over $2 billion across US dollar, stablecoin, and international rails — USDC and USDT on major blockchains, ACH and wire in the US, and local rails across Latin America and Europe (PIX, SPEI, Bre-B, CBU/CVU, SEPA). Customers include Deel, Bolt, Opera, Koywe, Taxdome, Uniswap, Movii, and more. We recently closed our Series A. And we're an AI-native company: agentic tools are how we build, operate, and scale.
As companies expand globally, holding, moving, and reconciling money becomes slow, fragmented, and fragile. And now, at an inflection point for global finance, stablecoins are emerging as the rails that fix that — but most companies don't yet know how to adopt them. That's where you come in.
You'll be one of our first sales hires — which means you're not just executing a playbook, you're helping write it. You'll work directly with our founders and leadership team to build pipeline, run deals, and close the customers that define our next chapter.
This role is about three things:
1. Full-Cycle Ownership
You own the entire deal from first touch to close. You'll source your own top-of-funnel through outbound prospecting, network activation, conference presence, and creative hustle—then carry that deal through discovery, technical evaluation, legal, and signature. No handing off to another team mid-cycle. You're accountable for the outcome.
2. Consultative, Technical Selling
We're not selling a simple SaaS subscription. We're selling infrastructure—and in a market where every company is trying to figure out what stablecoins mean for their business, there's a genuine opportunity to be a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. You'll need to go deep: understand our API, understand how money moves globally, and help prospects connect the dots between where they are and where Mural can take them. The best reps here will be the ones who can speak the language of a CTO, a CFO, and a treasury team—sometimes in the same meeting.
3. Pipeline Generation & Revenue Growth
You'll carry an ambitious quota and be expected to hit it. You'll coordinate with marketing on inbound leads while building your own outbound engine in parallel. You'll track your pipeline rigorously, iterate on your approach constantly, and be ruthless about prioritizing the deals most likely to close and expand. We optimize for real revenue, not activity metrics.
You're a hunter and a closer. You know how to open doors and you know how to walk through them. You're not waiting for leads to land in your inbox—you're building relationships at conferences, sending thoughtful outbound, and finding the angle that gets a busy CFO to take a meeting.
You're technical enough to go deep. You don't need to be an engineer, but you need to love understanding how things work. You'll get into the weeds of our API, understand payment flows and treasury operations, and be able to explain complex infrastructure in plain language. Bonus points if you've sold developer tools, payments, or financial infrastructure before.
You're built for startups. You've worked in an early-stage environment before and you know what that means: no perfect process, limited resources, high ambiguity, and outsized impact. You don't need a large team behind you to execute. You move fast, make decisions, and figure things out.
You're a genuine advisor on stablecoins and global payments. The market is at an inflection point. Companies across every industry are trying to figure out how to adopt stablecoins—and most of them don't have a clear path. You see that as an opportunity, not a headwind. You stay sharp on the regulatory landscape, the technology, and the competitive dynamics, and you show up to every conversation as a genuine expert.
You're autonomous and obsessive about the details. You'll have direct access to our leadership team and real influence over how we go to market—but you won't need someone managing your schedule or your pipeline. You keep things organized, follow through on every commitment, and never let a deal die because of a dropped ball on your end.
You're consistently hitting and exceeding quota through a combination of outbound discipline and sharp deal execution
Your pipeline is real—qualified, progressing, and built on genuine relationships rather than inflated forecasts
You've become a trusted voice in the stablecoin and global payments space, known by the people building in this world
You've helped shape our sales playbook—the process, the pitch, the objection handling—in ways that scale beyond you as we grow the team
We run on three principles.
2% better, every day. One percent for yourself, one percent for the people around you.
Telos. From the Greek τέλος — not just done, fulfilled. Everyone here is focused on one mission and knows each other's Telos.
Abundance. We can create anything we set our minds to — for us, for our partners, and for our entire Mural family.
We're builders all the way down — code is a medium, like paint. We choose honesty over polish: we never claim what isn't true. We obsess over boring details, because trust is built in RFIs, refunds, and response times. And we hire for curiosity — it's a bar, not a poster.
Competitive base + commission — a quota that will push you, and comp that reflects it

We named this company Mural because murals have always told the story of a community — made by hand, made together, painted onto the foundations of a place, and meant to outlast the people who started them. Every person who joins brings a new piece.
Now let's build a force of nature business, together.
