What we're looking for
We are seeking a Lead Engineer who is passionate about pushing important features that get used by users immediately. You'll be joining a high-impact, mission-driven team that solves complicated problems through software. As one of our early engineers, you will be involved in every step of the product development process, translating designs, wireframes, and business requirements into high-quality features, micro-apps, tools, and services for real customers.
What you’ll do
Ship 5-6x per day, always putting our designer’s work into productionCollaborate with the product squad to develop and deliver high-quality softwareBe responsible for new feature development in the existing web app and creating any new apps along with the lead engineerEnsure all features are built “product-first,” considering both UX and business implicationsContribute to the improvement of code quality, and overall development processesWho you are
At least 4-years of experience building high-quality software in fast-paced and dynamic environments, ideally at early-stage startups or top tech companiesProficiency in Typescript, React, and GraphQLGreat taste when it comes to building traditional SaaS and mobile appsProven track record of engineering slick products that users loveExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration with the product teamAbility to balance the need for speed with producing maintainable and high-quality codeStrong attention to detail and sound judgmentGrowth mindset with a desire to rapidly develop skills and take on increasing responsibilitiesExperience with our stack: Typescript/React frontend
