We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to enable our Executive Growth Management team to deliver top results by providing crucial administrative and operational support. The right individual for this role will be a strong tactical thinker with the ability to be proactive, adaptable and flexible. They will have a strong ability to create structure in a hectic work day, capable of multitasking and frequent context switching, and driven to help a team function at its best.

Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for select members of the Executive Team
Coordinate domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and related expense processing
Plan and execute internal team events, offsites, social gatherings, and executive roadshows
Support external meetings, guest visits, conferences, and related logistics
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across teams and seniority levels
Provide NYC office support: mail distribution, guest reception, shipping/printing, etc.
Provide on-the-ground support during large-scale events as needed
5 or more years of experience working as a team coordinator, executive assistant or similar in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
Outstanding communications skills in both written and spoken English
Excellent proficiency using Google Suite of products (mail, docs and calendar)
Extremely resourceful - someone who can independently solve problems and create solutions
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Highly proactive and self-motivated
Skilled in relationship building with a high sense of integrity
A good teammate and team player

The expected offer for this role includes the following components:
Base Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.
