System Catalog & Platform Ownership
- Map and maintain a live catalog of every tool, data flow, and permission set across the organization
- Own admin access and configuration on all business systems; IT is the platform layer that teams build on
- Onboard new tools into the stack: configure, integrate, document, and maintain
- Ensure no system operates outside IT visibility or outside the compliance framework
Identity & Access Management
- Roll out SSO and SCIM across the full stack via Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Maintain provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across all tools
- Enforce access controls in alignment with least-privilege principles and compliance requirements
Integrations, Automation & Compliance
- Build integrations that eliminate manual data transfer between systems, leveraging the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Power Automate
- Configure and maintain direct API integrations where native connectors aren't available; work with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys) to connect systems
- Manage Drata integrations and maintain the system connections that support the compliance program (ITAR, CMMC Level 2, DFARS)
- Own backup and recovery configuration across all business systems
Data Infrastructure & Business Intelligence
- Route integration data to a centralized data store (Azure-aligned, greenfield build) to support reporting and analytics
- Develop BI dashboards and reports as systems are connected and data becomes available
- Lay the data infrastructure foundation that will eventually connect to mission operations and spacecraft telemetry
What You Bring To Portal
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring business systems across a broad tool stack: identity, HRIS, ERP, CRM, finance, project management, and collaboration platforms
- Practical knowledge of SSO and SCIM provisioning, preferably using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Ability to build and maintain system integrations using iPaaS tools (Power Automate, Workato, Make, Boomi, or similar)
- Ability to work with REST APIs, read API documentation, construct and test API calls, and troubleshoot integration failures. No software development background required, but comfort at the API layer is essential
- Comfort working in compliance-sensitive environments; familiarity with access control, audit evidence, and security-aligned system configuration
- Ability to work independently, drive tasks to completion, and bring solutions rather than problems
- Demonstrated curiosity and self-directed learning: independent certifications, personal projects, or courses taken outside of formal education
- Willingness to dive into unfamiliar tools and figure them out
