The team

The role

Learning and development architects and builds the learning culture in Printify. Our overarching goal is to help Printifyers to be successful in their careers by offering the right support, in the right amount, at the right time on their Printify journey. We’re now looking for an experienced learning and development specialist to take ownership and drive our leadership development. You'll mostly be working with Printifyers in leadership roles to help them be successful on their leadership journey. Your stakeholders span from first-time to experienced leads. You’ll be tasked with bringing clarity to the role of a lead in Printify at different levels, defining the leadership philosophy, mapping the necessary skills, knowledge and attributes of leads at different levels and designing a learning and development ecosystem to support their continuous development and growth.

Your responsibilities

Design and deliver learning and development initiatives: The Learning and Development Specialist should be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive learning and development initiatives that help build the knowledge, skills, and abilities of employees within the organization. This includes identifying the core competencies required for effective performance, designing development plans that align with the organization's strategic goals, and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs.
Develop coaching capabilities across the organization: The Learning and Development Specialist should be responsible for developing coaching capabilities across the organization. This includes designing and delivering training programs for managers and other leaders to improve their coaching skills, providing ongoing coaching support to managers, and evaluating the effectiveness of coaching efforts to improve employee performance.
Manage ongoing L&D projects: The Learning and Development Specialist should also be responsible for managing ongoing learning and development projects that support the organization's goals and objectives. This includes coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring progress and budget, and evaluating the effectiveness of these projects. The goal is to ensure that ongoing L&D projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the needs of employees and the organization. This may include updating and enhancing existing programs or initiatives, as well as identifying opportunities for new initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Previous experience of 2 years in learning and development in a regional or global capacity
Experience in leading learning initiatives end-to-end at a scale as well as creating personalized approaches based on stakeholders' needs.
You are an experienced facilitator and an engaging public speaker
Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

You have experience designing, delivering, and evaluating learning initiatives
You’re a problem solver that’s quick on their feet
You’re familiar with the learning and training cycle and are able to identify learning objectives, shape experiences and achieve learning outcomes
You've worked with external vendors, drafted and managed a budget
You have experience in coaching
Experience working in a startup or other fast-paced environment
Excellent communications skills - experience building relationships across departments and resolving conflicts
Positive, dynamic, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude
