The Role

As our marketing assistant, you'll have the chance to play a key role in making our team more effective across a range of fields and in particular organizing our signature online event for our merchant community - Amplified.

You'll thrive in this role if you're someone who enjoys learning and adapting quickly to new challenges. We're excited for you to join us in exploring and contributing to various areas of marketing, including event promotion, guest and transport coordination, and community management. This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable, global experience and grow your skills as a marketer in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll need

No experience or minimal experience in digital marketing
Preferably some experience in event organization
Higher education in marketing, business, or communications. Or professional secondary education in related fields
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, spoken, and interpersonal communication skills (in English and Latvian)
Willingness to try various digital marketing directions
Ability to work independently and propose solutions
Willingness to learn and become our next Junior Digital Marketing Specialist
You live in Latvia with the legal right to work full-time for at least 12 months

Compensation - 700 eur gross/month
