About the Role:
The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for managing the organization’s liquidity, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, currency exchange strategy, and financial risk management to optimize treasury operations. This role ensures efficient cash management, compliance with financial policies, and supports strategic decision-making by providing insights into cash positioning, investment opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies. A key focus is developing and implementing the company’s foreign exchange (FX) strategy to minimize exposure to currency fluctuations. The Senior Treasury Analyst collaborates with internal teams and external financial institutions to enhance treasury processes, drive automation, and contribute to the company’s overall financial stability and growth.

Your Daily Tasks Will Entail:

  • Cash & Liquidity Management: Oversee daily cash flow, forecasting, and working capital optimization.
  • Banking & Financial Operations: Manage banking relationships, account administration, and ensure compliance with treasury policies.
  • Currency & Risk Management: Develop FX strategies, monitor exposure, and implement hedging solutions.
  • Debt & Investment Management: Support debt facilities, investment strategies, and financial risk controls.
  • Treasury Systems & Process Optimization: Enhance automation, implement TMS solutions, and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare treasury reports, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with finance teams.
  • Strategic Support: Provide insights for financial planning, investment initiatives, and industry best practices.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • 4+ years in treasury or corporate finance.
  • Expertise in cash flow management, FX strategies, banking operations, and treasury systems.
  • Knowledge of debt instruments, investments, and compliance will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong quantitative skills to interpret financial data, identify risks, and optimize processes.
  • Ability to present financial insights clearly and work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and leadership teams.
  • Proactive, independent thinker who stays updated on industry trends and drives treasury improvements.

  • Monthly salary of EUR 2500-3100 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
