Printify
Own and scale FYUL’s Shopify and storefront ecosystem. You carry full P&L and commercial responsibility for GMV growth, merchant acquisition, activation, retention, and channel expansion. You are an execution-driven leader who defines strategy, mobilizes cross-functional teams, and delivers measurable growth.
Act as the Commercial Engine Lead. You steer the strategic direction of a critical growth channel, powering a high-performance machine—integrating Sales, Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and Support—to accelerate velocity and maximize merchant success.
Lead via the Mission Team model. You carry full accountability for the channel without owning the formal org chart. A purpose-built team works to your agenda and targets while retaining functional reporting lines. You set the mission; they execute. The CGO is your escalation path to ensure authority and alignment.Key Responsibilities
Own GMV targets for Shopify and storefront channels (monthly, quarterly, annual).
Define and execute growth strategy across the merchant lifecycle.
Identify structural bottlenecks and deploy scalable solutions.
You are the “Commercial CEO” of this vertical, taking full accountability for GMV targets. You define the growth strategy from acquisition to expansion, ensuring every strategic move translates into top-line impact and a resilient commercial engine.
Lead and align a mission team (Sales, Success, Marketing, Partnerships, Support).
Create a culture of urgency, experimentation, and accountability.
As Mission Team Leader, you direct day-to-day priorities for a cross-functional squad. You own their work, measurements, and performance against hub targets. Forge a culture of commercial intensity where metric-driven accountability is the default mode.
Partner with GrowthOps, Product, Selection, CX, Finance, and Functional Heads.
Proactively push initiatives beyond the hub for structural improvements.
Build strategic partnerships with central functions to advocate for your vertical. You push for product enhancements and structural shifts that unlock growth, navigating the organization to remove friction and align interests.
Set monthly, quarterly and annual growth roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
Enforce execution cadence and run experimentation loops.
Scale proven growth levers across the organization.
Bridge high-level vision and tactical reality through rigorous execution cadences. You run constant experimentation to validate growth levers before industrializing them into a repeatable playbook, ensuring every initiative delivers intended ROI.
Build future leaders and raise performance standards.
Drive ownership mindset: no silos, no excuses.
Your success is measured by the performance culture you instill. You mentor talent and raise standards, driving an "ownership mindset" that rejects silos. Your impact results in an agile organization where cross-functional collaboration is a competitive advantage.
