About the role:
We’re looking for an Onboarding Team Lead who will lead a team of specialists, support their growth through structured coaching and performance management, and ensure balanced resource allocation. This role will drive process standardization, operational transparency, and workflow optimization through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the implementation of AI, CRM, and data enrichment tools.
Your daily tasks will include:
Lead and support a team of specialists through mentorship, coaching, and performance management
Conduct regular meetings and reviews to align team goals and ensure accountability
Allocate tasks based on team strengths, priorities, and workload capacity
Identify and implement workflow improvements, standardization, and automation opportunities
Analyze operational data and generate reports to track performance and process impact
Drive adoption of AI, CRM, and other operational tools to improve efficiency
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain alignment on processes and procedures
Your qualifications:
Experience leading and mentoring operational or specialist teams
Strong people management, coaching, and performance review skills
Ability to manage workloads, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively
Experience improving workflows through process optimization and automation
Strong analytical skills with experience using reports and performance metrics
Familiarity with AI tools, CRM systems, and data enrichment platforms
Excellent communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills

The next step is a 30-60-minute call to meet the hiring manager. The goal of this call is to assess if you have the skills necessary for the role. Expect more detailed questions about your experience and some situational or behavioral questions.
Once all of your interviews are done, our team will get together to review everyone’s feedback and make a decision.
If we decide that you are the best candidate for the role, our recruiter will reach out to you with an offer.
Once you have accepted the offer, our HR Operations Team will contact you to walk you through the contract signing process.
