About the role:

Our business keeps growing, so we’re looking for a skilled AI Technical Designer who will challenge current design workflows by exploring and implementing AI capabilities and creating entirely new workflows.

Your goal is to turn manual design work into automated, "push-button" systems.

You will help our team create product mockups, listing images, and technical files faster, more efficiently, ensure visual consistency, brand alignment and production level quality.

Your Core Focus would be Product Onboarding & Enrichment. While you will handle various creative tasks, your main priority is to revolutionize how we bring products to life.

You will apply your AI expertise specifically to:

• New Product Onboarding: Engineering the pipelines that take a new product and create a high-quality listing.

• Product Enrichment: Improving and updating our existing product visuals at scale to ensure they stay competitive and brand-aligned.

• Speed & Scale: Using AI to eliminate the manual work involved in these processes, making them significantly faster.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Build Creative Pipelines: Create and manage advanced, node-based generative AI workflows for production-ready visuals.

• Automate the Boring Stuff: Write simple scripts (Python or similar) to handle batch image processing and asset organization.

• Bridge the Gap: Act as the "translator" between our designers, technical engineering team and our Creative Technology Lead.

• Test & Ship: Find the best new AI models, test them, and turn them into reliable tools the whole design team can use daily.

• Define best practices, necessary documentation, and technical guardrails.

Your qualifications:

• Expertise in AI GUI: Strong, hands-on experience designing and debugging complex, high-volume workflows.

• Visual Craft: A background in graphic design and 3D with strong visual taste (composition, lighting, realism/brand consistency).

• Tooling/Scripting: Proven experience building internal tools, scripts, or automations (Python or similar).

• Production Mindset: A focus on documentation, reproducibility, and end-to-end ownership.

• Senior Independence: The ability to work and lead initiatives independently.
