Operations
Riga, Latvia
EUR 2,500-3,200 / month
About the role:
Today, pricing requires significant manual coordination across multiple internal teams, systems, and external partners. We're looking for someone who leverages operational, procedural, and analytical perspectives to build systems, automate processes, and ultimately enhance pricing operations and strategy at scale.
Your daily tasks will include:
Run pricing operations - work with pricing team to ensure prices are shipped accurately, on time, and through a streamlined process across platforms
Propose and implement strategic improvements - challenge existing pricing structures and frameworks, and work with cross-functional team (pricing, onboarding, pricing tech) to implement strategic improvements.
Automate workflows - identify bottlenecks in pricing workflows and lead initiatives to automate or simplify them, with a strong bias toward AI-assisted solutions.
Analyze price-related areas - In-depth analysis of price-related items (customers, suppliers, etc.) to propose and ship pricing improvements to drive profitability growth
Build pricing analysis - develop models, reports, and dashboards that surface insights into pricing performance, margin health, and competitive positioning.
Your qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in finance, pricing, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
System thinking and process improvement mindset - you notice inefficiency and feel compelled to fix it at scale, not just flag it.
Strong analytical skills - you're comfortable working with large datasets, building models, and turning numbers into clear stories.
Hands-on experience with Looker (or a similar BI tool); you know how to build and maintain dashboards that people actually use.
Experience with or a strong interest in applying AI tools to automate workflows and reduce manual labour.
Solid understanding of pricing mechanics, cost structures, or supplier economics (industry context is a plus, not a hard requirement).
Clear communicator - able to present complex analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
