About the role:
We’re looking for a skilled Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us with peak season hiring. The position is for a fixed term until December 2026.
You’ll be a part of our Talent Acquisition team in Europe that’s passionate about their work and is constantly experimenting and searching for new ways to improve their skills.
Your daily tasks will include:
Carrying out full-cycle recruitment at the Printful fulfillment center
Working closely with and supporting our hiring managers with active talent sourcing, recruitment, and talent attraction
Creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, based on hiring forecasting and prioritization
Your qualifications:
Good people and communication skills
Precision, a strong sense of responsibility, and a systematic approach to work
Ability to work independently
Excellent English (to communicate with colleagues outside of Latvia) and Latvian skills (both written and spoken)
Experience in recruitment will be considered an advantage.

Monthly salary EUR 1,400–1,600 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
