About the role:
Join our operations team in a Junior Shipping Operations Coordinator role focused on maintaining accurate shipping rates across our platform. You'll work with structured, repeatable processes to keep pricing data current and support the onboarding of new products into our catalog. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys detail-oriented and process-driven work
Your daily tasks will include:
Calculate and input shipping rates for new partners/products being added to our systems, following established templates and guidelines
Execute rate update requests, following a defined process to keep pricing data accurate and current
Maintain clean, well-organized records of rate changes and related documentation
Communicate status and progress clearly to relevant internal stakeholders
Flag anomalies or exceptions that fall outside standard procedure
Your qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, high-volume tasks
Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort learning internal tools and systems
Ability to follow defined processes precisely and consistently
Clear written communication skills
Proficiency with AI tools
Any exposure to data entry, e-commerce, or operations is a plus
