About the role:
We’re looking for a Social Media and Project Coordinator to join our Corporate Communications & Employer Brand team! The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and hands-on, with the ability to create engaging social media content and bring projects to life, from the first idea to execution.
Your daily tasks will include:
Create fresh and engaging social media content from idea to publication, working closely with colleagues, teams across FYUL, and external partners
Manage FYUL’s corporate social media channels, including content planning, publishing, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking
Coordinate projects from concept to execution, including events, partner collaborations, and other Corporate Communications & Employer Brand initiatives
Support other team projects and day-to-day activities when needed
Your qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Latvian
Hands-on social media and content creation experience, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram
Experience in event planning and project coordination
Strong organization and attention to detail
Confident working with internal and external partners
Creative, proactive, and ownership-driven
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively

Monthly salary EUR 1,800–2,000 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
