About the Role

We're looking for a Product Manager who loves building.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a mature product and spend your days refining backlog tickets. This is an opportunity to own meaningful product initiatives from idea to launch, working alongside a talented Engineering, Operations, Growth, and Leadership team to solve real customer problems.

You'll be joining a highly collaborative environment where curiosity, experimentation, and speed matter. You'll have the freedom to identify opportunities, validate ideas, leverage emerging AI capabilities, and bring innovative solutions to market.

What You'll Do
  • Own product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Leadership to define priorities and execute against company goals
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve customer and internal experiences
  • Work with internal and external integrations, APIs, data partners, and third-party platforms to create seamless user experiences
  • Gather customer insights, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable product decisions
  • Develop business cases, product requirements, and success metrics
  • Prioritize opportunities based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility
  • Monitor product performance and continuously improve outcomes through experimentation and iteration
  • Act as the connective tissue between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and execution



We're Excited About You If You
  • Have Product Management experience in fintech, lending, mortgages, banking, or other regulated financial industries
  • Understand the mortgage journey and the opportunities to improve customer experiences through technology
  • Love working directly with engineers and thrive in highly collaborative environments
  • Are comfortable operating with ambiguity and enjoy building processes as you go
  • Have experience launching products, integrations, workflows, or customer-facing features
  • Are naturally curious about AI and excited about applying new technologies to solve meaningful problems
  • Can balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical considerations
  • Are analytical, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
  • Enjoy rolling up your sleeves and getting things done
