About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Partnerships & Business Development Manager to build and nurture strategic relationships with marketing agencies, design & development agencies, and technology partners for Flockler. Reporting to the General Manager of Flockler, this role is critical in expanding our reach and driving adoption of our social media aggregator solution. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding partners and new accounts, working closely with Marketing, Client Success, and Development teams.

Compensation
The base salary range for this role is $40,000 to $60,000 USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications and location.
OTE: This role also includes a performance-based variable compensation component, with an anticipated commission of $60,000 USD for team members meeting target performance.
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 USD.
