What You’ll Own
You’ll be the strategic nervous system of the GTM organization—designing, building, and scaling the systems, insights, and operations that power our sales engine.
Sales Strategy, Operations, and Enablement
Design and optimize sales workflows and forecasting models
Drive data hygiene and insights across Salesforce and reporting tools
Lead performance analysis and enablement across the full GTM org
Manage end-to-end onboarding, training, and certification for GTM team
Own compensation design and administration (aligned to strategic goals)
Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance
Systems, Tools, and Process
Own the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Apollo, Default, Omni, etc.)
Build scalable, repeatable workflows to increase rep productivity
Ensure RevOps infrastructure scales with team growth and complexity
Insights and Planning
Maintain dashboards, reporting cadences, and pipeline visibility
Align sales data and planning with executive leadership and board-level targets
Run strategic planning cycles and TAM deployment model
What You’ll Need
3+ years in RevOps, BizOps, or GTM Strategy roles at high-growth B2B SaaS
Deep expertise in Salesforce and revenue tooling
Strong analytical chops—comfortable with cohort models, CAC payback, magic number, and GTM funnel conversion math
Exceptional communicator who thrives cross-functionally
Bias for action, obsession with speed, and clarity under pressure
