WHAT YOU’LL DO

At Thyme Care, our success depends on attracting and retaining talented, capable, empathetic, and kind individuals passionate about supporting people throughout their cancer journey. As a Senior Manager of Recruiting, you will report to the Head of Recruiting and collaborate to drive recruitment strategy across corporate and frontline hires while managing a high-performing recruiting team. You'll lead the shaping of talent pipelines, enhance recruitment processes, and contribute to building a strong, scalable recruiting function for the organization.

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence within the recruiting team. Act as a subject matter expert and ensure recruiters have the tools, knowledge, and support to succeed.
Develop and optimize scalable recruiting strategies for high-volume, non-exempt frontline teams. Take ownership of recruiting processes, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and company growth.
Partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, align on strategic objectives, and adapt to evolving business priorities. Influence decision-making with data-driven insights and recommendations.
Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from scoping new roles to sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers, while maintaining a hands-on approach to recruitment where necessary. Define role profiles in collaboration with recruiting and hiring managers, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, contributing to the development of strategic recruiting initiatives that align with the organization’s goals. Advise leadership on future talent needs, defining roles, and building talent pools for upcoming hiring demands.

WHAT YOU’VE DONE

8+ years of recruiting experience, particularly in high-growth environments like health-tech startups or similarly dynamic sectors. Proven track record in leading large-scale, complex recruitment initiatives and scaling talent acquisition strategies.
Experience leading and mentoring teams, elevating recruiting function by fostering a culture of growth and excellence. You’ve managed recruiters, creating an atmosphere of continuous learning and development.
Data-driven decision-making: Proficient in using advanced data analysis to measure the success of recruitment campaigns and optimize the recruitment process.
Proven experience building relationships with executives and senior leaders. You’re comfortable having high-level, consultative conversations about talent needs and managing relationships with senior leadership.
Deep understanding of the recruiting tech stack, including ATS, sourcing tools, and candidate engagement platforms. You have a history of leveraging these tools to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Thyme Care. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Thyme Care employees. The base salary for this role is $158,000-$180,000. The salary range could be lower or higher than this if the role is hired at another level.
