What you will do

As our new Finance Operations Specialist based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be a key contributor in our global Finance Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of customer accounts, subscriptions, and invoicing. You will focus on optimizing our billing processes through automation and close collaboration with other teams, ensuring every financial transaction is accurate and our customers are happy with their experience.

Where you will have impact

  • Oversee and maintain customer accounts and subscriptions, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Process sales contracts and deals, ensuring strict adherence to our established guidelines and policies.
  • Customize and modify invoices to meet specific customer needs and preferences, delivering tailored financial solutions.
  • Acting as the liaison between the FinOps team and the APAC sales team, bringing knowledge of the local business and bureaucratic environment to support smooth operations.
  • Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within our financial operations.
  • Focus on streamlining the entire billing process to enhance efficiency and minimize manual work.

About our team

Finance Operations is the backbone of Lighthouse’s commercial success, ensuring smooth execution once a deal is closed. As a key part of the broader Business Operations team, we oversee the entire quote-to-cash process, from initial pricing to final payment. Our team is detail-driven and highly collaborative, committed to delivering accuracy and efficiency in every step. We partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and various other departments to optimize financial workflows, making them scalable and aligned with the company’s rapid growth.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in a Finance Operations, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or a similar quote-to-cash role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts and contracts simultaneously.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills for working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a genuine curiosity for improving processes.
  • Strong understanding of APAC business culture.
  • Experience in processing sales contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • A customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle custom requests and provide excellent service.
