What you will do
As DevOps, Manager, you will lead a platform-focused DevOps team that supports Lighthouse engineers with the infrastructure, tooling, and operational foundations they need to build and ship effectively. This is a people leadership role with a strong engineering lens: you'll coach a team, guide priorities, partner with peers across engineering, and help create a high-performing environment where reliability, enablement, and continuous improvement are the standard.

You'll be part of Lighthouse's Platform organization, working closely with platform-focused peers and a team that is tied to the day-to-day needs of our engineers. This role sits in an environment where practical problem solving, strong partnership across functions, and a hands-on understanding of engineering challenges are highly valued.
The DevOps team you will lead has six members and focuses on building and maintaining the infrastructure, tooling, and operational foundations that help engineers ship reliably and efficiently, including cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes-based platform work, observability, IaC, CI/CD, and day-to-day operational support.
