Responsible for establishing the product roadmap and prioritizing features to meet the company’s goals and objectives. You will be an essential member of a fast-paced Agile team working with some of the most highly skilled software engineers and product managers, creating high quality software for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Work with Tech, Ops, Procurement, Market Place and Product teams, as well as users to understand pain points and potential solutions.
Develop business cases and risk/reward assessments for upcoming features and products.
Manage the development of products from conception to delivery and ultimately bug fixes and maintenance.
Collaborate with Product Management leadership on the product roadmap.
Communicate product decisions effectively throughout Tul.
Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
Follow our competitors and the industry .
Ensure the feature has a successful launch by creating clear and concise documentation/training materials. Take end-to-end ownership of feature releases.
Operate with agile processes, and making data-driven decisions in order to build a winning strategy.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
Graduate Degree (MS, MBA) a plus but not a requirement.
5 years of relevant work experience in a product management capacity.
Technical background is a plus.
Track record of successfully applying Agile principles, with a strong working knowledge of defining user personas, building prototypes, and gathering market/user validation.
Ability to synthesize knowledge of customers' needs and the market opportunity, into technical requirements for engineers.
