Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven, hyper-organized Digital Marketing and Outreach Specialist who is maniacally focused on follow-up and ensuring nothing ever slips through the cracks. This role combines creativity in offer creation with a relentless drive to book meetings, nurture relationships, and make sure no lead is ever left behind. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling offers, reaching out to prospects on LinkedIn, and ensuring that every opportunity is tracked, followed up on, and converted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Offer Development: Design innovative, compelling offers that resonate with prospects and align with business goals, driving conversions and engagement.
  • LinkedIn Outreach & Engagement: Execute highly-targeted, personalized outreach on LinkedIn, driving relationships and ensuring consistent follow-up to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Meeting Coordination: Book meetings with key prospects, ensuring maximum engagement at events by pre-scheduling and organizing relevant conversations.
  • Relentless Follow-up & Relationship Building: Maniacally follow up on every lead—ensuring no lead is left behind and no opportunity slips through the cracks. You will never drop the ball and will consistently nurture leads to drive meetings and outcomes.
  • Opportunity Identification & Strategy: Identify new opportunities for content creation, offers, and engagement strategies that will connect with prospects and generate meaningful leads.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and other teams to align on outreach, content, and offer development, ensuring cohesive strategies that maximize results.
  • ROI Tracking & Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs such as meetings booked, revenue generated, and ROI. Regularly assess what's working and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Data Analysis & Optimization: Continuously evaluate the success of outreach campaigns, monitor key metrics, and refine strategies to ensure maximum performance and ROI.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Meetings Booked: Number of meetings successfully booked with key prospects.
  • Revenue Generated: Revenue directly tied to outreach efforts and offers created.
  • ROI Monitoring: Tracking return on investment from outreach activities and campaigns.
  • Lead Success: No lead left behind—ensuring consistent follow-up and nurturing until every opportunity is captured and converted.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing operations, driving outreach and lead generation efforts with measurable results.
  • Strong ability to craft creative offers and execute outreach strategies that maniacally convert leads into meetings.
  • Expert-level LinkedIn outreach skills with proven LinkedIn conversion metrics, turning connections into valuable opportunities.
  • Unyielding attention to detail with a focus on never dropping the ball—no lead ever falls through the cracks.
  • A proactive, maniacal follow-up approach that ensures all opportunities are maximized and nothing is overlooked.
  • Experience tracking and optimizing marketing and sales KPIs, ensuring activities are focused on delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messages and build rapport with prospects at all stages of the buying cycle.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience using Attio for CRM management and pipeline tracking.
  • Proven LinkedIn conversion metrics with a track record of moving leads through the sales funnel and successfully booking meetings.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools for outreach automation.
  • Experience in B2B or enterprise sales and marketing.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $75,000 – $90,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE) with bonus/commission: $85,000 – $110,000
  • Equity: Early stage equity in rapidly growing company
