As a Business Operations Associate, you will ensure a seamless end-to-end operations cycle for our internal teams and customers. You will be integral to building a successful business and creating the future of robots.

You will:

Act as a partner and coordinator for our operations, legal, marketing, sales, and fundraising initiatives
Liaise with external/internal legal counsel, finance teams, and other stakeholders
Understand and improve business operations and processes across multiple departments
Gain exposure to all facets of Viam’s business and customer economics
Plan and execute cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategies.
Develop and monitor KPI dashboards to track key business metrics.
Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and presentations.
Identify and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational performance.

We’re looking for someone with:

Experience supporting operations initiatives alongside business leaders
Ability to interact comfortably with different levels of management and articulate/present issues clearly and succinctly; Ability to visualize data and produce actionable insights
Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and stakeholders
High level of attention to detail, able to spot errors and inconsistencies
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Knowledge of Accounting or Data Analysis software is nice to have.
2-3 years of experience working in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Accounting, or related field

The starting salary for this role in the US is between $110,000 - $150,000/year. Your exact offer will vary based on a number of factors including experience level, skillset, market location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced, or more senior, than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate.
