The Vicarius powered platform, vRx, is a simple and self-serve product that helps IT professionals identify, prioritize and fix security threats in an integrated, automated, and non-traditional manner.
We are a remote-first startup, with 300% growth YoY (for 3 years in a row!), currently looking for a sales rockstar to join our US team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product-led growth companies that successfully implemented an inbound approach for user acquisition. Since vRx can serve itself (with a lot of inbound leads!), we are looking for a go-getter that will bring additional outbound leads (along with a dedicated BDR), nurture them, and turn them into happy customers. We see a huge advantage for candidates who have demonstrated success in the early stages of marketing-driven companies.
Manage personal pipeline; nurture and close inbound and outbound opportunities
Manage a dedicated BDR on prospecting direct clients and through channels
Work with the sales engineering team to assist prospects with tech challenges
Lead sales call for mid and large-sized companies
Sets and achieves quotas on a quarterly basis
Conduct product demos and have a customer-facing technical attitude
Enhancing processes to achieve lead generation goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs
Adopting prospecting process and methodology
Provide manager with reports on pipeline and quarter performance
A hands-on sales professional that carries his/her own quota
5 years of experience in sales positions for SaaS companies
Proven sales prospecting experience
Proven record of quota attainment
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent people skills
Experienced with Hubspot, Hotjar, and other collateral systems
Knowledge of SaaS-based security products
Understanding of the enterprise cybersecurity ecosystem and processes
