Marketing & Business Development Associate

After successfully closing our Series B funding round and achieving 300% YoY growth (for 3 years in a row!), we’re looking for a Marketing & Business Development Associate to join our US team.

This role is designed for someone eager to blend business development support with broader marketing responsibilities. The Marketing & Business Development Associate will help supercharge our BDR function by assisting with research, account personalization, and highly customized outreach, while also collaborating across marketing, content, and operations to drive demand generation and engagement.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to grow into Demand Generation, Revenue Marketing, or RevOps roles, with the chance to make a big impact on our pipeline strategy and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Support the Business Development Function (50–60%):

  • Build and refine highly targeted account lists using data and insights
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospects, companies, and teams to assist in crafting personalized outreach
  • Draft research-backed, account-specific messaging for email, LinkedIn, and other touchpoints
  • Partner with the BDR to execute true ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for high-value accounts
  • Support outreach efforts, including cold calling and LinkedIn-first approaches, as needed
  • Track and analyze CRM data to optimize lead flow and report on performance

Collaborate Across Marketing Teams (40–50%):

  • Share prospect insights with the content team to produce tailored LinkedIn posts, articles, videos, and personalized assets
  • Help identify and invite engaged accounts to events and webinars, driving attendance
  • Support the creation of expert-led content by interviewing leaders at target companies and producing articles, highlight videos, or topic suggestions for webinars
  • Support remarketing campaigns and other paid efforts to re-engage warm leads
  • Prepare reports, maintain CRM hygiene, and support cross-functional marketing efforts

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a marketing, business development, or hybrid role
  • Experience with research tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
  • Exceptional research and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Strong written communication skills, especially for crafting personalized outreach messages

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SaaS and/or cybersecurity products
  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation strategies
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
  • A passion for both creativity and data-driven approaches
