We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller to join our finance team. You’ll report directly to our Director of Finance and play a key role in managing financial operations in a high-growth, international tech environment.

About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Payroll Controller to join our finance team. You’ll report directly to our Director of Finance and play a key role in managing financial operations in a high-growth, international tech environment.
What You'll Do
- Full responsibility for the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping and monthly closings
- Process payroll and manage related reporting to government authorities
- Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and financial record accuracy
- Manage accounts payable (AP), payments, and vendor relationships
- Issue invoices and manage collections for accounts receivable (AR)
- Support cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
- 5+ years of high-level bookkeeping experience (Type 3) – Must
- Experience working in a global high-tech company with multi-currency accounting – Must
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite - Must
- High level of proficiency in English - Must
- Certified payroll accountant - Advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
