We are seeking a strategic leader to drive member engagement and growth across the entire lifecycle. This role is accountable for building and executing campaigns that attract, convert, and retain members. You will direct the strategy, voice, and messaging for our engagement efforts, while leveraging vendor partners to deliver at scale.
What You’ll Do:
Essential Functions:
Lead the end-to-end member engagement strategy, ensuring consistency across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Design campaigns that use personalized messaging, digital channels, and incentive programs to drive member action.
Partner with external vendors to scale execution while maintaining brand alignment and compliance.
Analyze engagement data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate across Operations, Clinical, Marketing, Account Management and Product teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
Serve as the voice of the member in all engagement strategies, ensuring a frictionless and motivating experience.
Present member engagement strategies and campaign results to clients and partners, introducing best practices that drive adoption and program success.
Act as a player-coach — balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution — to deliver measurable results quickly and continuously improve performance.

Who You Are:
Required:
7–10 years of experience in marketing, growth, or engagement roles, ideally in healthcare, health tech, or payer/provider ecosystems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proven track record of delivering measurable engagement outcomes.
Strong experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing external partners.
Data-driven approach with ability to translate analytics into strategy.
Strategic thinker
Exceptional project management skills, particularly in driving campaign and content production with internal and external partners
A willingness to take initiative and run with things when faced with ambiguity or change
Growth mindset with passion for testing and learning to better enable marketing performance growth
A strong focus on the detail
Nice-to-Haves:
A strong data and analytics background; experience with marketing analytics tools
Work authorization/security clearance requirements:
Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States or Canada.
