As our Activation Specialist - SMBs, your mission is to transform a group of individual analysts into a high-speed activation machine that consistently hits origination targets. You will be the architect of the playbooks and automation that allow the team to handle massive merchant volumes without losing quality or speed.
Scale Merchant Growth: Successfully activate (achieve first origination) for 2,500+ merchants per month.
Data-Driven Funnel Management: Build and structure performance reports of the ally funnel to measure and enhance activation effectiveness.
Operational Excellence: Use actionable feedback to enhance the onboarding process and find non-traditional solutions to bottlenecks.
Team Leadership: Lead and coach a team of analysts to improve their commercial persuasion and data management skills.
Process Innovation: Identify manual gaps and design automated workflows that result in a 30% or higher increase in team productivity
Functional Expertise
Operational Leadership: 1–2 years of experience leading teams in high-volume environments like Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Tech Operations.
CRM Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, with the ability to build automated triggers and workflows.
High-Volume Management: Experience managing teams performing 60+ calls per day.
Industry Knowledge (Nice-to-Have): Background in Fintech, merchant lending, or payment processing.
Analytical & Quantitative Mindset
Data Autonomy: Expert level in Excel and proficiency in SQL.
Problem Solving: The ability to pull your own data and find the "why" behind the numbers without waiting for a data team.
Process Design & Automation
Portfolio Growth: Proven experience managing thousands of clients while increasing "Time to Value" or transaction frequency.
Agile Mindset: Familiarity with agile methodologies to manage the rollout of new funnel improvements.

Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.
Step 2: Initial Interview (30 min)
A more in-depth conversation with our Accounting manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.
Step 3: Live Exercise (60 mins- Live)
You'll do a live 60 min Excel test to assess your Excel skills.
Step 4: Deep Dive Interview (30 min )
You'll meet with the Controller to get a feel for how we work together. We’re looking for strong contributors and cultural fits, so bring your questions, too!
