This leader will transform a group of individual analysts into a high-speed activation machine that consistently hits origination targets. You will build the playbooks and automation that allow the team to handle massive merchant volumes without losing quality or speed.
Massive Activation Scaling: Successfully activate (first origination) 2,500+ merchants a month.
Funnel Visibility: Build and structure performance reports of the ally funnel to measure activation effectiveness.
Onboarding Excellence: Use actionable feedback to enhance the onboarding process and improve system efficiency.
Team Empowerment: Help your team improve their commercial skills and data management capabilities.
Strategic Solution Design: Think outside the box to find a path to the goal; you do not wait for instructions, you create the solution.
Operational Leadership & High-Volume Management
1 to 2 years of experience leading teams in high-volume environments such as Inside Sales, Customer Success, or Tech Operations.
Proven ability to manage personnel executing 60+ calls per day.
Track record of promoting subordinates into higher roles (Nice-to-have).
Advanced CRM & Automation Mastery
Mastery of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Ability to build workflows and automated triggers that simplify analyst workflows.
Demonstrated success in automating manual processes resulting in a 30% or higher increase in team productivity.
Analytical Speed & Data Autonomy
Expert level in Excel and proficient in SQL.
Ability to pull your own data and find the "why" behind the numbers without waiting for a data team.
Proven experience managing a portfolio of thousands of clients while successfully increasing "Time to Value.
Commercial Persuasion & Execution
Strong background in sales or closing deals.
Ability to coach analysts on how to turn a support call into an activation or a growth opportunity.
Nice-to-have: Direct experience in Fintech, merchant lending, or the payment processing space.

Step 1: People Interview (30 min)
A conversation with a recruiter to get to know you, your experience, and what you're looking for. We’ll also share more about Addi, our culture, and the role.
Step 2: Initial Interview (30 min)
A more in-depth conversation with our Accounting manager, where we explore your skills, experience, and problem-solving approach. We want to understand how you think and work.
Step 3: Live Exercise (60 mins- Live)
You'll do a live 60 min Excel test to assess your Excel skills.
Step 4: Deep Dive Interview (30 min )
You'll meet with the Controller to get a feel for how we work together. We’re looking for strong contributors and cultural fits, so bring your questions, too!
