Design, implement, and run a scalable, tech-driven quality model for our national Field Sales team to ensure every merchant interaction reflects Addi’s excellence. You will bridge the gap between commercial execution and business impact by automating performance insights that drive elite sales standards across Colombia.
Achieve 100% monthly coverage of the SMB sales force by implementing a standardized evaluation system and an intelligent QA bot, removing manual bottlenecks.
Reach 95% calibration alignment between quality scores and conversion outcomes, ensuring our QA model accurately measures the behaviors that lead to successful merchant partnerships.
Drive specialized enablement by providing the Training cell with weekly "skill gap" reports by region, identifying specific Hunters for immediate intervention based on data-driven measurements.
Standardize SMB sales processes by auditing and defining new rubrics, ensuring 90% of analyzed deal closures meet Addi’s rigorous compliance and technical value proposition standards.
Close the traceability loop by establishing a system where 100% of "Critical Quality" rated Hunters are routed into improvement plans with team leads, measuring progress and recurrence over time.
Technical/Functional Expertise
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Quality Assurance within high-growth tech or Fintech environments.
Experience building objective rubrics and quality frameworks that link execution to business results.
Familiarity with CRM management and automated scoring tools.
Analytical & Quantitative Mindset
Data-to-Insight focus: You don't just report errors; you identify root causes (e.g., distinguishing between a lack of knowledge vs. a lack of process adherence).
Ability to use data (Databricks, Looker) to influence Regional Leaders and drive strategic changes in the field.
Process Design & Automation
Scale-first mentality: Proficient in using no-code tools, smart forms, or AI-powered bots to ensure data collection is seamless and requires zero manual 1:1 review.

Step 1: People Interview (30 min) A conversation with our Recruiting team to get to know you, your experience, and your motivation. We’ll discuss your fit with Addi’s mission, your background in field team management, and your alignment with our culture of Extreme Ownership.
Step 2: Initial Interview (45 min) A deep dive with the Hiring Manager focused on your expertise in Sales Training and Commercial Excellence. We’ll explore concrete examples of how you’ve designed programs that directly impacted sales KPIs and how you align training with business objectives.
Step 3: Case Study & Technical Exercise (60 min) You will work on a real-world Field Sales diagnostic challenge. This is your chance to showcase your analytical mindset, your ability to identify skill gaps across regions, and your approach to building a scalable quality model.
Step 4: Deep Dive Interview (30 min) A strategic session with our Commercial Leaders. We will evaluate your cross-functional collaboration, how you use data (Databricks/Looker) to identify opportunities, and your capability to innovate within the commercial execution framework.
Step 5: SMB Team Review (30 min) A specialized session focused on your relationship with field teams. We want to understand how you build trust with Hunters, your mastery of sales techniques, and your ability to apply rigorous quality standards without creating a punitive perception.
Step 6: Co-Founder Interview (30 min) If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with a member of our C-suite to align on long-term vision, expectations, and cultural fit. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.
