As the country’s leading Buy Now, Pay Later provider, we have secured regulatory approval to operate as a bank, unlocking even greater opportunities for our customers. In the past year, we have also achieved profitability, reinforcing the strength of our business model and our ability to scale sustainably.

Our mission has earned the trust of world-class investors, including Andreessen Horowitz, Architect Capital, GIC, Goldman Sachs, Greycroft, Monashees, Notable Capital, Quona Capital, Union Square Ventures, Victory Park Capital, and more, who back our vision for the future. With their support, we are not just growing—we are transforming Latin America’s financial ecosystem and shaping the next generation to shop, pay, and bank in Colombia.

But what truly sets us apart is how we build. We are a conscious company, driven by deep experience in scaling technology, services and products, and we live by our values every day.

About the Role

This is where you come in. Below, you’ll find what this role is all about—the impact you’ll drive, the challenges you’ll tackle, and what it takes to thrive at Addi. If you’re ready to be part of something big, keep reading.

What’s the mission you’ll drive

Serve as a strategic partner to Field Sales leaders, ensuring the national SMB organization executes at scale with excellence. You will build a data-driven learning ecosystem that leverages AI-powered diagnostics and adult-learning principles to drive the successful acquisition and ramp-up of commercial partners.

What you will do

  • Implement an AI-Powered "Improvement Inputs" system using CRM data to identify monthly funnel blockers, directly improving the conversion rate from initial approach to successful closing.

  • Execute the "Street Landing" Onboarding program to accelerate representative ramp-up time, ensuring new hires reach full sales proficiency and quota consistency within their first quarter.

  • Deploy the "Quick-Start M1" acceleration module to drive merchant retention by securing high-velocity first transactions immediately following the partnership signature.

  • Establish a mobile-first micro-learning rhythm to ensure high adoption across the national team, allowing for real-time mastery of new product features and credit policy updates.

  • Conduct tactical "Street Shadowing" to produce weekly upgrades of sales scripts and commercial tools based on real-world cold-calling insights and field feedback.

What we’re looking for

  • Sales Training & Enablement

    • Micro-Learning Specialist: Ability to design high-impact training for field reps, creating content tailored for the quick gaps between merchant visits.

    • Master of the Pitch: Expert in prospecting and complex objection handling; capable of closing difficult allies in front of the team to lead by example.

    • Field Credibility: Earns respect through the ability to solve "street" level challenges, demonstrating value through action rather than hierarchy.

  • Analytical & Quantitative Mindset

    • Data-to-Tactic Translation: Uses intelligence tools to analyze funnel failures and translates those inputs into immediate, measurable sales improvements.

    • Performance Architecture: Ability to cross-reference merchant transaction data with training modules to measure the real ROI of educational interventions.

  • Extreme Ownership & Bias for Action

    • Agile Deployment: Maintains execution at a fintech pace, adjusting and deploying training updates within hours of market shifts or competitive moves.

    • Outcome Accountability: Takes full responsibility for the sales performance of the team being trained; success is measured in revenue and growth, not training hours delivered.

How the hiring process looks like

We believe in a fast, transparent, and engaging hiring experience that allows both you and us to determine if there's a great fit. Here’s what our process looks like:

  • Step 1: People Interview (30 min) A conversation with our Recruiting team to get to know you, your experience, and your motivation. We’ll discuss your fit with Addi’s mission, your background in field team management, and your alignment with our culture of Extreme Ownership.

  • Step 2: Initial Interview (45 min) A deep dive with the Hiring Manager focused on your expertise in Sales Training and Commercial Excellence. We’ll explore concrete examples of how you’ve designed programs that directly impacted sales KPIs and how you align training with business objectives.

  • Step 3: Case Study & Technical Exercise (60 min) You will work on a real-world Field Sales diagnostic challenge. This is your chance to showcase your analytical mindset, your ability to identify skill gaps across regions, and your approach to building a scalable quality model.

  • Step 4: Deep Dive Interview (30 min) A strategic session with our Commercial Leaders. We will evaluate your cross-functional collaboration, how you use data (Databricks/Looker) to identify opportunities, and your capability to innovate within the commercial execution framework.

  • Step 5: SMB Team Review (30 min) A specialized session focused on your relationship with field teams. We want to understand how you build trust with Hunters, your mastery of sales techniques, and your ability to apply rigorous quality standards without creating a punitive perception.

  • Step 6: Co-Founder Interview (30 min) If there’s a strong match, you’ll have a final conversation with a member of our C-suite to align on long-term vision, expectations, and cultural fit. From there, we’ll move quickly to an offer and discuss next steps.

We value efficiency and respect for your time, so we aim to complete the process as quickly as possible. Our goal is to make this experience insightful and exciting for you, just as much as it is for us. Regardless of the outcome, we are committed to always providing feedback, ensuring that you walk away with valuable insights from your experience with us.
